From the front page at http://www.thundercatslair.org

We're pleased to bring you the first full sized teaser picture of Pop Culture Shock's inspired large scale statue of Lion-O. The picture sent courtesy of Jerry Macaluso who runs things over there shows a prototype in progress - not final version of the statue. It is absent the base and cloth costume that will adorn the final version but there is enough detail here for you to get a good idea of what to expect in the final.

It's a truly large statue at 38 inches high including the base. Sculpted by Khurram Alavi (Bowen, Sideshow) and pre-order date is expected to be available or at least announced sometime around Comic Con.

Jerry has agreed to do an interview with ThunderCatsLair.org and you get to have your questions included. Head over to the thread below to submit your questions and to discuss this teaser picture.

Thanks,
Grizz

Wow, that's pretty slick. I wonder what something like that would cost?

It looks pretty nice so far I really like the fur texture they have going on.  I wish they would change the claw shield to the one from the series and not the fuzzy one from the Wildstorm comics.  I'd like to hit the artist who changed that.

I wish that was half my rent.... that's less than a third of my rent in NY.

I need to move.

Over at ThunderCatsLair.org we're pleased to host a full length interview with Jerry Macaluso (owner of Pop Culture Shock) all about the ThunderCats Premium Format line and the Lion-O statue in development. Jerry also kindly provided us with an exclusive image of the painted and clothed Lion-O which you can see at http://www.thundercatslair.org

Note that the image of Lion-O is not approved by WB and is therefore subject to change. It is not necessarily the final version of Lion-O.
