Hey all,

I'm Tygresa, I've been away for far too long.  So long that a new format of EOT has been put into motion.  So much has been going on in my personal life.  In the past 18 months, I have watched my best friend of 26 years be diagnosed with cancer just to lose her bravely fought battle this past June.  She was just 4 hrs away of turning 40 yrs old.  Then if that wasn't hard enough to deal with, her 15 yr old daughter, Nicole, got herself into trouble.  Nicole had been in an abusive situation with a boyfriend.  He told her to steal money from my disabled aunt.  She did so and she ran away.  She had been arrested and charges were filed and via Children's Services, she was placed in our home again.  (NOTE: It's in her mom's will that custody of her was to fall on us.)  Once she was placed here, she was doing fine until she met up with another loser (someone older, 23). It wasn't long after this was when more money was taken from my diabled aunt.  FYI:  My aunt's money was being monitored, but she had a good sum of money in her possession for ONE day so she can count so she can get a new bed when the money was taken.  So now Nicole is on the RUN again.  In violation of her probation from the FIRST time she stole the money.   It's here when I said I am doing some tough love because I have other issues needing my time.  My work situation has been going downhill in this past year.  Management has changed as with my hours scheduled.  I was getting 35-40 hours a week to now only getting 18-22 hours a week.  I kept asking for hours and I keep getting LESS.  I am actively looking for a new job now.  Hopefully I'll get a new job that will be less stressful as my health can't take as I learned in the past 6 months that my only kidneythat I have, since I was 6 as I had one removed due to disease, is now in the early stages of failing.   I had (or have) been somewhat depressed because of that.  So my life has been somewhat a roller coaster this year. Hopefully I can devote time to EOT again.  Sorry for being away for a tremendous long time.  I have mised you all.

Glad to see you back, but oh wow have you had a rough year *hugs* I hope some diversion at EOT will give you a respite from what you've been going through. Take care, hon. And good luck!

Thanks everyone.  I do plan to do some time here.  I just noticed the RPG section here.  The New Thundera Effect story seems intriguing.  I am already thinking of a character and plotting a back story.  I'm gonna keep it to myself until I figure out more things AND read all the other posts.  I would like to ask permission to copy & paste all the post in a word document so I can read them so I can get a good idea where the story is and how I can incorporate my character.

Yeah, the RPG is intriquing, we have all worked quite hard on it. Many of us are also on yahoo messenger if you want to throw ideas around and clarify things before posting.  See you soon!

Welcome back Tygresa. Yeah, we had to start EOT from scratch after a hacker deleted all of our core files, but we are doing pretty well, I think. You are in my prayers hun, I hope everything works out for you.
