Just a friendly post to let our members know that all of us on the EOT staff are here to serve you and ensure your experience here is a pleasant one.
You can report any conflicts or issues to any staff member through PM or the Shout box (if it is a technical issue, conflicts should be sent to PM). We will work hard to resolve your matter both effectively and in a timely manner. Included in this is any help needed to set up a board or Gallery, so you can display or showcase your creative works. You can also PM Site staff with any suggestions you may have to improve the site. or possibly use the following thread

Conflict between members will be dealt with privately as well.
The TOS was created for our protection and yours and we are dedicated to enforcing it to ensure everyone has a safe experience and be comforted that we are bound by them as well. In addition we have guidelines and procedures to ensure all members are treaty fairly. Our staff is expected to set an example and always be helpful and respectful to our members. If you feel offended by a staff member let us know so we may address the issue.
In closing, we would like to let you know how much we appreciate you, our members. While we do maintain it, it would not be great without you and all your contributions.
We know how important time is to people and sometimes people need to escape real life. We are honored that we can help fill up some of that time for you with enjoyment and that is why we strive to make your experience here a pleasant one.
Now all this said that does not mean we can't have occasion fun Tygra bashing or Snarf Punting. LOL just kidding you lovely Tygra fans.
